HDO Plyform
HDO plyform is plywood overlaid with cellulose fiber material impregnated with high density phenolic
resins providing superior moisture and alkalinity
resistance. The overlay system results in a glossy
uniform finish on the concrete surface andhigher
reuses per panel than MDO or non-overlaid plyform.

MDO Plyform
MDO plyform is plywood overlaid with cellulose fiber
material impregnated with medium density phenolic
resins providing improved moisture and alkalinity
resistance versus non-overlaid plyform. The overlay
system results in a matte finish on the concrete
surface and more reuses versus non-overlaid plyform.

BB Plyform BB plyform is non-overlaid plywood, it has B grade face
veneers which are sanded, oiled and edge sealed to provide a low cost forming material. The finished
concrete has wood grain and repair patches transferred
from the plyform; this is typically acceptable for
unexposed concrete.

PSF Plyform
PSF plyform is plywood overlaid with phenolic surface
film ( PSF ) providing the highest level of moisture and
alkalinity resistance. This panel is designed to achieve
an architectural smooth finish and a high number of
reuses per panel.
